(Rehoboth Beach, DE) -- Water rates in Rehoboth Beach will increase next month. The city is preparing for a 30-percent water rate hike and a 60-percent wastewater rate hike. Mayor Paul Kuhn says this will help pay the city's debt. Officials might change the amount if they find a better way to deal with their debt. The rate increase goes into effect on April 1st.
