(Smyrna, DE) -- A long-abandoned factory in Smyrna may soon have new life. Plans are in the works to convert the building on West Glenwood Avenue into a farmers market. Renovations are expected to start sometime next year. When the work is done, the hope is there will be dozens of stalls where farmers and small businesses will be able to sell their items.
