Neither Mr. Hannity nor SPMK X GA had any knowledge regarding Mr. Brock’s wrongdoing before receiving the email today from Mr. Swaine. Mr. Hannity and SPMK X GA ceased doing business with Mr. Brock and Key Properties in 2012, more than four years before the referenced guilty plea. None of the homes listed were purchased by SPMK X GA from the bank out of foreclosure. Mr. Hannity did not participate in identifying properties to purchase from Key Properties by SPMK X GA and has no knowledge whether these properties where involved in the fraud. These properties were purchased at a significant profit margin for the seller, and at no time was Mr. Hannity privy from whom these purchases were made.
